These terms govern your use of the Mape Cleaning Services Inc. website and the cleaning services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking an appointment, you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Any price shown or estimated on this website is indicative only. A firm price is provided after a free on-site assessment, and is valid for the scope of work described in that quote.

Bookings and confirmation

Selecting a date and time on this website creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only once our team sends you a confirmation message. We will contact you if the requested slot is unavailable.

Access and preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the premises at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, or if conditions differ materially from those described, we may need to reschedule or adjust the quote.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable notice period or fee will be stated in your confirmation message.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas concerned at no additional charge.

Insurance and liability

We are fully insured. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the value of the services provided.
